Cradle Mountain / Overland Track    April 2019

Walk review from Helen, Cradle Mountain / Overland Track Tasmania

What an experience! The track, the scenery, the tranquility, the challenge! It was all amazing. Our group was lucky to have two fantastic guides in Vito and Sanja who looked after us every step of the way and then some. It was the first time they were partnered for a trip but you would have thought they had worked together for years given the fun, banter and professionalism they displayed in working together Their passion for our environment in general but in particular their love for the track and its history was contagious. They opened our eyes to a lot more than we would have observed or understood had we not had them to guide and support us. We experienced a full range of weather and track conditions and loved every minute of it. Well almost. But I did learn to just 'walk straight through the puddles and mud' and embraced it. I also wish I was still on 'mountain time.' Fantastic company to deal with and amazing staff from booking to final farewell.
