OMG what an experience!
I was a little apprehensive and even unsure if I had done enough fitness but our spectacular guides made us feel very comfortable and safe with their decisions on what we were capable of. Absolutely and positively have the highest regard for Ant, Sam and Bree (on her first trip) - these 3 made the whole group of 12 feel totally at ease.
For our family - there were four of us - it was a great experience and the total group of 12 were a great fit. We were spoilt with meals, wine and chocys-- we may have made some memories too with card games and pranks - and new friends!
