Walk review from John Hetherington, Cradle Mountain / Overland Track

The Wife & I walked into this gig cold.

in that we had no pre-conceived ideas about how good (or how bad) the Tasmania Walking Co were going to handle this. We did ensure that, as your early instructions firmly suggested, we were adequately prepared & equipped for the 6 day walk (that was rated as Moderate to Difficult). I guess we had expectations, but we weren't quite prepared for the adventure that was about to unfold, nor were we prepared for the entertainment and professionalism that your Guides provided. And then there was the comradeship that we enjoyed during the adventure, and the on-going friendships that may have been forged. I'm 62 years old and have lived most of my life but, to my mind, you cannot buy this kind of entertainment. Cheers, John.
