WOW, how fabulous were our few days walking the Twelve Apostles Signature Walk?
We returned home on Friday after an amazing few days with our friends - walking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, learning & experiencing the great ocean walks.
We had Chris & Immy as our guides and Michelle as our lodge host. The food was INCREDIBLE. So good, we asked her to share the recipes. We know we can't make the recipes as well as Michelle did, but it's great to try! We love how Michelle introduced the food & the wines, and that everything was from the local area. A very kind & thoughtful way to keep the local suppliers engaged. And delicious too!
Immy & Chris couldn't do enough to make sure our walk was incredible. Their expertise about the habitat, vegetation, scenery, and history was extensive. We all enjoyed learning, and we loved the unbelievable views. They fitted in with us all super well too - they were thoughtful & kind & considerate to us all, and all our various needs and personalities.
Please pass on our thanks to Michelle and to Chris & Immy, it was an incredibly successful trip for us all and we can't wait to do our next one together.
